Position Summary
We are hiring a part-time gardener/helper for the 2026 season.
What We’re Looking For

A reliable, punctual person, willing to learn, and genuinely interested in plants and outdoor work.

No experience required; training is provided

Comfortable working outdoors in different weather conditions

Able to handle sharp tools and light to medium-weight equipment safely

Respectful and professional around clients and their property

Someone who values good communication and takes pride in quality work
What We Offer

Part-time schedule depending on demand. Ideally two workdays per week

Flexible hours and days based on mutual availability

Hourly base pay + performance-based commission per project
